MarED is the co-ordination group for the Notified Bodies assigned by the Member States to carry out the conformity assessment procedures referred to in the Marine Equipment Directive 2014/90/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 23 July 2014 (MED) on marine equipment and repealing Council Directive 96/98/EC.
